Maine Rapids is a central-Maine based USA Field Hockey affiliated club program for players wishing to further their field hockey skills in a fun, competitive setting which fosters a love of the game. Our coaches are professionals who bring years of experience to the program and are dedicated to delivering the best in technical and tactical field hockey training.
Meet the Coaches
Maine Rapids coaching staff are talented, experienced coaches delivering a comprehensive training program to maximize player’s technical and tactical development. Beyond their love of the game, they strive to provide the best overall field hockey experience for each player.
Programs
Maine Rapids offers programs for four age groups: U19, U16, U14 and U12. Learn more about which age group your player would be in, and what to expect in that program.

Winter session runs from November through mid-February (just before February school break). Spring session runs from March through May or June. Players in the U19, U16 and U14 age groups will develop their game in an elite training program including tournament competition. Players in the U12 age group will build a foundation for the development of elite, competitive field hockey skills with opportunity for competition where appropriate, based on skill level.
